My dear, wonderful friends,
After a lot of thought and mixed feelings I have decided that it is time for me to retire. My last day will be July 15th. What a hard decision this is, because I have so enjoyed knowing you, and consider each of you wonderful and unique and my precious friend. Each of you with your own life experiences and joys and sorrows, your knowledge and skills, and all that you have been willing to share with me. You have enriched my life in so many ways and I love each one of you.
I love what I do and that I have the amazing opportunity to try to help others every day and hopefully make their lives better. This is a big life change and I know I am going to miss each of you and miss doing what I have been doing for the past 31 years. I don’t know how to begin to thank you for letting me be part of your life.
I am looking forward to spending more time with my children and their families. I enjoy gardening and look forward to having more time to spend taking care of my home and yard - hopefully a few more flowers and a few less weeds. I have many books waiting for me to read and lots of new things I want to learn more about. I’m sure I will be looking for ways to volunteer and share some of my skills. I don’t picture myself sitting in a rocking chair for many years to come.
I know that you will be wondering about who to go to for your health care. The doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants in Canyon View Medical Group are all very good and kind and will take good care of you. If you prefer to have a female provider we have multiple lady Nurse Practitioners in our clinics that provide family and women’s health care needs. You can learn more about each of our providers on our website at www.CanyonViewMedical.com. I am happy to talk to you if you have specific concerns and to help you find another caregiver.
Thank you for your trust and your goodness. If you see me somewhere in the community please come say “Hi”. I wish for each of you a wonderful healthy future.
